I have worked on this system since 2008, I have experienced too many problems with many different manufacturers, I worked on the silos top at mid-night because of time zone differences, and waiting the non-continuous working from my colleagues, I went up and down between the silos top and the silos bottom many times to test equipment as instructed, you would be very upset if you go up and down for several times but without results and you would quit the system, but I was very patient for many times, but the system still worked non-stable or the system lived in a short-term....
