EXPERIENCE IN SILO ERECTION SYSTEMS AND INSTALLATION QUALITY:
Since I started installing silos in 2009, I have experienced many different erection methods. For my very first installation, I used an A-frame and chain blocks (palang). I still clearly remember the silo nearly collapsing due to strong wind, unbalanced lifting, and the risk of chain block failure, along with many other factors.
From that experience, I learned that during silo lifting, minimizing the risky exposure time is extremely important. That is why I always pushed my team to work continuously and as quickly as possible during the lifting process. However, working too fast also created another challenge — there was not enough time to fully control every detail and achieve the highest quality workmanship, because at that time, safety had to come first above everything else.
From that moment, I realized I could no longer continue working with this system. I did not want to risk my own safety or the safety of my customers. Accidents or even fatalities could happen at any time. Because of this, I decided to start designing my own system.
I studied hydraulic lifting systems deeply, but I discovered several disadvantages. If one hydraulic jack lifts faster or slower than the others, the silo can become unbalanced. Even a small difference in lifting height may create serious stress on the structure, roof, stiffeners, or jacking points. In addition, oil leakage, hose bursts, valve malfunctions, or power failures can suddenly stop the lifting process. In the worst cases, uneven pressure loss may cause partial dropping or structural deformation. I personally witnessed these kinds of issues.
For all of these reasons, my current system was developed — to protect both my customers and myself.
SILO INSTALLATION THAT PROTECTS YOUR INVESTMENT:
Correct silo installation is essential for maintaining grain quality and long-term operational reliability, from silo foundation checks to material protection to final assembly, to silo bottom sealing, every step contributes to reducing moisture risk, product losses, and maintenance costs.
A PROPERLY INSTALLED SILO DELIVERS:
• Improved storage efficiency.
• Reduced spoilage and downtime.
• Longer structural lifespan.
• Greater operational confidence.
When the installation is done right, performance follows.
